4PA Touchstone Campus
The Touchstone Campus is an “all-in-one” operations center, providing each of 4PA’s services. It will include a shop for our cleaning operation, plus offices and a board room. A 1/2-acre green space will accommodate several temporary housing shelters, where occupants will have 24/7 access to common facilities, including bathrooms with showers, laundry and a kitchen. In addition, retail/manufacturing businesses will be added to provide training and work for those staying at the campus. The end result will be a safe place to learn life skills, helping individuals transition to self-sustainability in our community.
HAVN
HAVN is a project to create sustainable ADUs for the City of Port Angeles' permit-ready plans. These ADUs utilize locally harvested and manufactured cross-laminated timber (CLT). Each home is 550 square feet and can be added as an additional dwelling within the city's zoning ordinance. The homes can be designed as carbon-neutral with simple solar panel installation and a tree replanting program.

Tribal Housing Market Study
Through the Clallam Economic Development Council, we conducted a study on housing solutions for tribal nations of the Salish Sea using mass timber products and other sustainable materials. Thank you to the many tribal housing professionals helping to keep tribal homes affordable and healthy.
